Privacy by Design

Your financial data never leaves your device — not even to our servers. Once the page loads, everything runs inside your browser. Turn off your WiFi and it still works. No bank login. No credential storage. No data sold. Ever.

How your privacy works

Your data stays with you.
Not us. Not anyone.

Most finance apps need your bank login. They pull your transactions onto their servers, store them in their database, and you're trusting them with your most sensitive financial data indefinitely.

RiseandFi works completely differently. When you go to riseandfi.com, your browser downloads the app onto your device. After that, everything runs locally — inside your browser tab, on your computer.

When you upload a CSV, your browser reads it directly from your hard drive into memory. No file is sent to any server. No network request is made. You can turn off your WiFi after the page loads and the dashboard still works perfectly.

🚫
No bank login required
We never ask for your username, password, or account credentials. Ever.
📁
Your file never leaves your device
The CSV you upload is read locally by your browser. It is never transmitted to any server, including ours.
💾
Data saved locally in your browser
Your parsed data is stored in your browser's localStorage — on your machine only. Clear your browser data and it's gone.
🔍
Verify it yourself
Open DevTools → Network tab → upload a file. You'll see zero outbound requests. The proof is right there.

Our story

Built because
nothing else fit.

Life moves fast. Between work, everything you're managing, and a calendar that never really empties — sitting down to figure out where the money went never quite makes the list. But the question never goes away either.

I was already downloading my bank statements. The data was right there — I just couldn't see it clearly. So I'd paste it into AI, type out a prompt, and hope the answer made sense. It worked. But it felt like a workaround for something that should just exist as a real product.

Every app I tried wanted my bank login, cost $100 a year, or had so many features I'd spend 20 minutes setting it up and never open it again. None of them were built for someone who just wants a clean answer to a simple question: where did the money go?

RiseandFi is the tool I always wanted. Upload your statement, see your full picture, and start building the future you deserve. You already do everything. Now let's make your money work as hard as you do.

Common questions

You asked,
we answered.

Is my financial data safe?
Yes — because it never leaves your device. RiseandFi runs entirely in your browser. Your CSV is read locally and never sent to any server. You can verify this yourself by opening DevTools → Network tab and watching for outbound requests when you upload. You'll see none.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. Never. You download your own statement CSV directly from Chase, then upload it to RiseandFi. No bank login, no API connection, no credentials. Your bank doesn't know RiseandFi exists.
What banks are supported?
Currently Chase credit card and Chase checking account CSVs are supported. Both are auto-detected when you upload — no manual selection needed. More banks are coming soon.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser's localStorage — a small database that lives on your computer, not on any server. It persists across page refreshes so you don't have to re-upload every time. Clear your browser data and it's gone completely.
How do I download my Chase CSV?
Log into chase.com → click your account → look for "Download transactions" or the download icon → select CSV format and your date range. Takes about 2 minutes.
Can I upload multiple accounts?
Yes. You can upload multiple CSVs at once — your credit card and checking account together. RiseandFi auto-detects the format and combines them into one unified view across all tabs.
